Functionality:

In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle. Rack had no leaks or grinding during testing.

Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, has not been hit or bent in any way. Free of any major surface rusting or corrosion. Rack boots are free of any rips or tears in the rubber. It appears the rack boots were previously replaced and secured using a plastic cable tie as shown. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation
